I know what it's like to feel stuck, confused, tired, or discouraged. We've all been there. As pastors, sometimes we have clarity on how to accomplish a vision, and other times we have no vision at all. And we understand the pressures of leadership and the toll it can take, and I’d love to help you breakthrough.

I have a passion to encourage and empower pastors and leaders to lead better than ever before. I want to see them lead with a healthy heart and skilled hands. I take ten months out of the year to equip you to grow as a pastor or leader in your ministry skills of preaching, leading, managing, and making disciples.

The format is a once-a-month Zoom call with other leaders from across America where we focus on developing a specific leadership skill and mindset. Then there is one one hour phonecall each month with each participant individually where we focus on your individual needs and encouragement.

We will cover topics like:

• Organizational Leadership

• Leading Teams

• Decision-Making Strategies

• Preaching & Communication

• Spiritual Warfare in Leadership

• Mental, Relational, & Spiritual Health

The 2022 session will begin in February. There are only 10 spots available for 2022 and spots are on a first-come basis. The cost is $100 a month.
